Yep, it was and I didn't like the govt. disclaimer either, but subsequent data has shown its effectiveness, and the further in the more it's being improved. I fought getting the flu jab annually but my GP explained my vulnerabilities of age & previous of heart disease's bearings so now I get it annually.

Anyhow, I took enough illegal substances when a rebellious hippy youth and apart from a serious chemical depression and addiction used my willpower to get off those. That's where freedom of choice got me!
