This seems to be a trait with these over-privileged wannabe dictators. Here in the UK, we've had Boris doing almost exactly the same. Expecting others to pay for his living accommodation, his parties for his kids, his vacations and travel. Sunak, our current PM is one of the richest people in the world yet still gets sponsors to pay his travel on official duties by private luxury jets. It is corruption pure & simple.

No wonder they are out of touch with the people.
