The UK will disappear and break up unless it Rejoins the EU. Scotland are now determined to leave the UK and join the EU as an independent state. Ireland, purely by its demographic will become re-United as a Republic and therefore back in the EU.

It will leave a broken up England and Wales (Maybe, but for how long.) A small nondescript nation. It is going back to the 1100's with the exception of Normandy.
