Thanks for the comment Elvie, yeah Bangkok and Pattaya are crazy at Songkran, but up in the sticks it was so more natural. I braved Pattaya’s Songkran over many years, it seemed to last for 2 weeks and it got dangerous at times riding my motorbike just to head to the supermarket, with kids coming out of nowhere and blasting me with water.

Maybe I’ll do another article on Pattaya at Songkran.
