Miss You Even When Close by

I miss you when we’re here

I look to see where you’ve gone

If only for a moment there

I miss you when you’re not around

Those times when we’re so busy

Them times when we’re apart

We must get together forever

Because then we’ll both be smart

And pleased and happy

Because of all the gaiety

Our love does bring about

When will we become that item,

Babe on Babe in entirety

Collaborate in hearts

Until that gentility

Of service and seduction

That grab as you come home

That bending o’er the chair

That time when we’re alone

The table or the floor

The rug in front of the fire

The room for sleeping deep

When will it come to fruit

For the Queen and

Her Honey Bee?

The lady and her servant

Will order my will,
