I also sold a few things on FB Marketplace and I started doing property viewings for an online agency like an Uber driver. From there I got a client who had a property for rental and advised her to do some work on it before letting again. I sub-contracted some work & advertised on Marketplace for tenants. Got a lovely couple of youngsters desperate for a flat. Then she wants to sell a house, again I did some work on it and am getting viewings via Marketplace.

From auction properties I've found left behind tools, furniture etc. and sold them. I'm thinking of having a garage sale of a load of our old crap from when we downsized and even my landlords crap that he's stored in the garage in vase they come in useful, I won't tell him for he'll never remember what's his anyhow.

I'm thinking of buying an old van and becoming a Totter cum Trader.
