It is a funny coincidence that in my 'lothario' days I used to introduce him as "My Little Friend" and never had any complaints.

Nowadays I incorporate that into my erotic romance novels by calling him "Little Byron," it just seems so much nicer than the more impersonal names like cock, penis etc. In our series of stories in our book, "My Manager," that was one of the key suggestions that Sandra made in our collaborations.
