I too am going through similar with friends I've known for over 60 years. They post racist jokes on WhatsApp and I call them out, but I am outnumbered, as I am suddenly an offensive woke liberal lefty. I can't take it any more, they do not see the society that they are perpetuating.

I am meeting them next week and it may well be the very last time we meet. My black friends are much nicer people to be with, and I can understand their pain, I hope, but would rather try.
