In my business experience, there are those 'orrible senior management that screw their employees, and there those that team build with kindness and generosity. The company that survives with help from its staff wins often and because customers prefer it.

Nothing wrong with bringing a bit of beauty into the workplace, but it is men's attitudes that have to also change to accept it without the sexualisation aspect.

My current gf is on your wavelength also. She is career minded but likes wearing revealing dresses, and I support her all the way. I feel proud when she gets those looks and comments, that she chose me.
