The Gypsy in Your Soul Keeps Pulling You

I loved the travel, but mine were for longer periods on particular projects so I would set down roots for a year or 2, and because of leave cycles could even fly home or to where I wished after 3 to 6 months for some r & r.

I like to put down my bags for a while, and I prefer a place by the sea and in the sun. Even while working around the globe I had a place in Pattaya to come home to, where I could eat breakfast by a large pool and do my work calls over skype and handle my mails, it was perfect but nothing lasts forever, the company changed its policies and got into problems, I got paid off and eventually had to sell everything up and move back to the UK. I've been back here living in almost poverty, relying on a small pension and hate the place.

Britain used to be so nice and liberal, but it's changed since the Brexit vote and is run by a dictatorial, flag waving crap government of nationalists who are taking advantage of the absolute power that the Covid emergency laws have given them. It is a place boiling with rage at the moment, from one side or the other.

I can't wait for my 2nd jab and the even slight possibility of being able to leave again, but to where at the moment is the question. Who will allow me in or who will be free enough of the virus?

I'm gradually building up my writing business to a point where I should be able to afford enough to get away and start anew and for this I can't wait.

Travel and put down a home for a decent period is best.

For you Sarah, Berlin is right and good luck with your life there, you are sort of travelling. For me I believe that I know now where I'm headed, but I just need a little more cash. Wish me luck folks.
