I get so annoyed with those that use the keyword search instead of actually reading where candidates have actually been. Most of those in recruiting now are just wet behind the ear kids, straight out of Uni, who ain't got a clue about the market they are recruiting for. They are lazy bastards who rely on a data programme and probably don't want to just be in that job anyhow.
I network, but I have 40+ years of climbing the greasy pole, and have run jobs worth many $million, only to be asked if I have a degree. Fucking clueless. I get headhunted by people that know my skills, but those tossers don't even ask a question.
