I believe that it is all sex, foreplay, penetrative, male or female. The separation for me is where penetrative is for procreation or for pure fun. Obviously there are instances where one leads to the other, so you might as well have fun while making babies! If hetero, homo or pan then respect for the pleasures of your partner and yourself it doesn't really matter, it is all sex. Orgasmic or not, one or both or more, enjoyment is all.

I have used tantric, non-touch, mutual meditations in the old Taoist methods to enhance the pleasures. The ancient Taoist method was about prolonging life where 2 or 3 females would work on 1 male bringing him to a height, pre-orgasm but transmuting the act of producing semen, it was believed to send the chemical responses to the brain and generate longevity. Of course this could work with homosexuality also if the ritual is similar. Even as a mix as I did with male, female and trans-sexual male it can still translate to a spiritual and wholly enjoyable event.
