That is so small-minded, even if the park rules stated it, they are hardly too revealing.

Can they do that? Is there a law about appropriate dress or something? Wow! That would never happen here in the UK. If it did the cops would be reprimanded.

If we had rent-a-cops from the park they are just private security and can't physically arrest anybody. Only ask them to leave.
