All higher costs fall on the poor, no matter where, that is a political decision for governments to mitigate. My point is that China are embracing it and following the plans, but Trump went the other way. A little like a kid, my ball you can't play, it set a stupid precedent.

We must have a plan and ensure that we ALL follow that.
