Abuse & More Abuse
Abuse can come in many forms; it generally comes over a period of time.
Abuse often seeps into the psyche slowly and can affect the abused from young until old age.
Abuse is inherent in all of us. Being overly protective of your child can be classed as abuse.
The overprotective parent who won’t let their child out into the world around for fear of them being exposed to some imagined evil is abuse. The parent who does this is laying the child open to later illnesses because the child will not get the natural immunity to childhood diseases. By making them too soft and too reliant on the loving arms of the parent could be classed as abuse.
A child must be exposed to some element of danger to develop their ability to fight back, to become independent of their parents. By making them too reliant on another you are abusing them.
Every Soul put on this earth by the Creator is here to carry on their prescribed will of learning and developing as this life incarnation requires them to improve from the last incarnation and gradually grow. That may not be in everybody’s belief system, but it seems a good place to start. Help your fellow citizens to grow within and without.
